1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery

• The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

• The item is unused and in its original packaging

Certain products such as personal care items, hygiene products, or clearance items may not be eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aadhyasutra.com with:

• Order number

• Product photos/videos (if damaged or incorrect)

• Reason for return

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted if:

• The product has been used or damaged by the customer

• Request is made after the return window

• Original packaging is missing

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
